About 1812

District 1812 is the sleepy, mostly residential area nestled between the Boise river on the north, the New York Canal on the south, Eckert Road on the east, and Holcomb Road/Bown Way on the west. It also includes the Barber Station Assisted Living facility and the compact, horse-racing themed neighborhood on Barber Valley Drive.

Most years the Precinct 1812 polling place has been the Barber Park Event Center marked by a blue star on the map.
